This coat (100% polyester ripstop) is finished with a special coating that makes the jacket waterproof and windproof. It has a quilted lining on the inside that keeps you warm. Water-repellent poly-canvas material is located on the shoulders, hood and sides. The storm cuffs and velcro closure at the end of the sleeves protect from cold wind. At the front there's a zip of high-quality SBS, plus two front zip pockets and a zipped chest pocket.
